This is a comprehensive course on logistic regression analysis for binary dependent variables.  Topics include odds and odds ratios, maximum likelihood estimation, convergence failures, probit regression, ordered logistic regression, multinomial logit, GEE estimation, multilevel logistic regression, response-based sampling, Poisson and negative binomial regression, discrete choice models and longitudinal data. The course makes heavy use of several SAS procedures:  LOGISTIC, SURVEYLOGISTIC, GENMOD, NLMIXED and GLIMMIX.  No previous knowledge of logistic regression is necessary.  However, participants should be familiar with linear regression and basic principles of statistical inference.
