Job Functions:
Provide statistical programming expertise in the creation of analysis specs, assessment of data quality, production of SAS analysis datasets, tabulations, figures, and listings from clinical trial data along with ad hoc reporting. Prepare, document and test required programs and ensure analysis data and SAS programming code meeting regulations / company standards and structured consistently to allow efficient programming and reporting. He/She may perform quality assurance procedures on work performed by others; develop, test, validate, document, maintain and execute software and/or systems in support of production and adhoc activities. One or two years of SAS programming experience is required. Familiarity with C++ is a plus but not required.
Reporting Relationship: Report to Senior Programmer, Statistical Programming
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistical / Computer Science or relevant area.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
Knowledge of SAS FDA regulations and industry wide thesauri and oncology experience is desired.
This is a contract position with 6 months term.
